The Residential Wardens are a diverse team of current students, who support those living in University owned and Managed accommodation, as part of the University’s 24/7 support. Students can contact the Residential Warden Team directly, everyday between 17:30-00:00, throughout the entirety of their accommodation contract length. Outside these hours, the Student Support Centre or Security can connect students to the team if needed at any other times.
The types of issues students commonly contact the Residential Warden Team about are communal space issues, interpersonal conflict, homesickness, feeling low, or just generally needing someone to talk to. Residential Wardens can be contacted about any issue a student is facing, acting as an initial point of contact, to help students know about, and access the support offered across the University and in the wider Lincoln area.
