The Student Support Centre, located on the ground floor of the University’s Minerva Building (previously the Main Admin Building), is a one stop shop for students to gain access to all of our services and locate other academic and professional support across the University.
Our dedicated and professional team is available to help with student enquiries regarding University systems and procedures, funding, fees and payments, housing, personal support and general advice and information. They can provide practical help, advice and support, resolve issues and concerns, and make referrals to specialist staff if necessary.

The Student Support Team is here to ensure that you can access all of our services and information. They are the first people you will meet when you go into the Student Support Centre and our friendly and helpful staff can help you with a range of queries.

The Advice Service
The Advice Service is an independent service located in the Student Support Centre. We offer confidential advice to all enrolled students at the University of Lincoln. Our advisers are members of professional bodies such as UKCISA, IMA and NASMA and we adhere to their professional codes of conduct and standards. There are three teams within the Advice Service:
We advise students about their rights and responsibilities, helping our clients fully understand the whole situation and how it affects them individually, enabling them to consider all the options available and make informed decisions.

As well as providing specialist, professional one to one advice we also run preventative workshops covering housing, debt, money and budgeting. The International Advice Team are the only people who can legally give immigration advice at the University of Lincoln and the Student Funding Team administer the University’s hardship funds.
