If you are experiencing any of the symptoms described, or if you are worried about your mental health, then please make an appointment to discuss with your GP as soon as possible.
Understandably there may be times when have more difficulty completing your studies due to the way you are feeling. There is support available to help you with this. If you find that your mental health is affecting you or your ability to study, please come to a drop in session at the Student Wellbeing Centre as soon as possible.
Drop in sessions:
Monday to Friday: 12.00pm to 2.00pm
Thursdays (term time only): 5.00pm to 7.00pm
