On this page you will find the Student Wellbeing Podcasts. These are short and easy to follow guides on a variety of topics including assertiveness, exam stress and procrastination.

Please note some of our podcasts may discuss our old drop-in times. We are currently in the process of updating these.

 

Our current First Contact Appointment times are:

  • Monday – Thursday between 10am-4pm
  • Friday between 10am-3:30pm
  • Thursday (term time only) 5-7pm
