It is important to update any of your personal details if they change as this is important if you need to provide evidence of your student status.

The Student Support Centre can provide a variety of confirmation of study letters for students, often called a ‘Certificate of Study’, as well as information on how and when to update your personal information.

Replace Student ID Card

Student ID cards can be replaced at a cost of £10.00. You can pay for a replacement Student ID card through the online shop and then collect your new card from the Student Support Centre the next working day.
