This page details the amount of student finance the majority of full-time students will be eligible for if they start a Postgraduate course in 2024.
There are a number of different methods of funding available for Postgraduate courses – see the main University of Lincoln website for more information. The amount you can receive and where you can apply depends on where you are from.
Masters loan
Eligible students may borrow up to £12,471 (2024/25) as a contribution towards the cost of a taught or research Masters. For more information please see the masters loan information provided.
Doctoral loan
Eligible students may borrow up to £29,390 (2024/25) as a contribution towards the cost of a PG Doctoral programme. For more information please see the doctoral loan information provided.
Additional options
- Research Councils: funds are provided direct to Universities from the Research Councils.
- Scholarships: the University of Lincoln offers a number of alumni and non-alumni scholarships for students wishing to study at a postgraduate level.
