Moving to University can be a big step in a person’s life. Although it will hopefully prove to be a positive experience, we are aware that for many students it can also be a very challenging time. Being in a new and unfamiliar environment, meeting many new faces and having a new level of independence can ultimately have an impact on your Wellbeing. It is therefore essential that throughout your time here at the University of Lincoln, you learn to to develop healthy strategies that will have a positive impact on both your physical and mental health. By looking after different areas of your wellbeing, you can improve your concentration, motivation and energy levels all of which you will find beneficial not only to yourself but also to your studies. These strategies can be built on and used throughout your life.
