As a University Student, you may experience a variety of pressures throughout your time here in Lincoln including academic, social, financial, housing, time pressures etc. It can be difficult balancing all of these demands and you may experience a range of emotions such as low mood, excitement, anxiety, happiness, anger, stress, hopelessness plus many more. This is perfectly normal.

However, it is important to know where to turn should you need a little bit of extra emotional support. If you have good relationships with your friends or family, they can act as a brilliant support and your school can be incredibly helpful if your concerns are academic related. If you are not sure where to turn, and feel it would be helpful to speak to someone, please consider talking to an advisor at the Student Wellbeing Centre.
