Student Services - A lifesaving ring floating on water.

University can be a challenging time for some students. Staying on top of your academic studies, worrying about loved ones, social pressures, ongoing medical concerns and financial or housing issues are just some of the difficulties you may experience.

You may find that you are struggling to cope at these times or you are experiencing some unwanted or distressing thoughts, and may turn to self-harm. At these times, talking to someone about your difficulties can make a positive difference.

There is support available for you at the University of Lincoln and if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or urges to self-harm, please consider coming to speak to an advisor at the Student Wellbeing Centre.
